इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य स्त्रियों की दशा , मुस्लिम विश्व में लोकतन्त्र की भूमिका और अन्तर्धार्मिक सम्बन्धों पर पडने वाले प्रभावों के बीच 21 वीं शताब्दी में जीवन में इस्लाम को स्वीकार करने में उत्पन्न मुख्य बाधाओं पर चर्चा करते हुये नरमपंथी इस्लामी एजेण्डे को आगे बढाने के लिये इस्लाम के सुधार के लिये प्रतिबद्ध मुस्लिम विद्वानों को अवसर प्रदान करना है .
